Learn how to change the banner image displayed on your Members Portal home page.
The image displayed on your Members Portal home page can be changed through the image gallery folder in the template files editor of the Administrator Panel.
The first image you upload will be displayed on your Members Portal home page. This banner is also used as a background image for the Passport app login page if you use a white-label version of the app.
Any additional image uploaded to the image gallery will be added to the carousel at the top of the About us page of your Members Portal. Carousel images are ordered by upload date.
We recommend you use 1500x750 px images in either PNG or JPG/JPEG format.
If you decide to upload five images, the first image you upload will be used as the home page banner and the four other images will be used in the carousel of the About us page.

If the side menu is not visible, click .
- Click Settings > Website > Templates.
- Click Open Template Files.
- Click Custom Files > Image Gallery.
- Click Add New Image Gallery in the top right corner of the page.
- Click Upload Image.
- Select the banner image on your device and click Open.
- Click Save.
You've successfully changed your banner image. Refresh your Members Portal home page to make sure the banner image has been updated.
