Google Calendar (Customer)

Customers can connect their Google Calendar account to make and edit bookings from their own calendars. They can enable the integration in just a few clicks on the Members Portal. 

Depending on your Members Portal version, the process is slightly different. If you don't know which version you're using, check out our article on Finding your Members Portal Version.

Connecting Google Calendar on Version 3 

  1. Log in to the Members Portal with your credentials. 
  2. Click My Account > My Bookings. 
  3. Scroll down the page and click Connect to Google Calendar. 
  4. Log in to your Google account. 
  5. Click Allow.

You are redirected to the Members Portal where Google Calendar is now connected. 

You can book any of the available resources from your Google Calendar account by selecting it from the calendar drop-down list.

Simply make sure to make your bookings in 15-minutes increments.
For example, your booking start or end time can only be 6:00, 6:15, 6:30, 6:45, 7:00, 7:15, etc.

Connecting Google Calendar on Version 4 

  1. Log in to the Members Portal with your credentials. 
  2. Click Settings > Integrations. 
  3. Click Connect to Google Calendar. 
  4. Log in to your Google account. 
  5. Click Allow. 

You are redirected to the Members Portal where Google Calendar is now connected. You can book any of the available resources from your Google Calendar account by selecting it from the calendar drop-down list.
Simply make sure to make your bookings in 15-minutes increments.
For example, your booking start or end time can only be 6:00, 6:15, 6:30, 6:45, 7:00, 7:15, etc.
