Languages Available in Nexudus

Both the Administrator Panel and the Members Portal are available in several languages. The language displayed depends on your browser's default language. The languages available for each page are detailed below. 

Administrator Panel Languages

The Administrator Panel is available in three languages:

  • English (US)
  • French (FR)
  • Spanish (ES)

The language displayed matches your browser's default language. If your browser language isn't any of the three languages available, your Administrator Panel will be displayed in English by default.

For example, if your browser default language is Polish, the Administrator Panel will be displayed in English.

 The Administrator Panel languages cannot be edited or translated.

Members Portal Languages

The Members Portal is available in six languages: 

  • English (US)
  • French (FR)
  • German (DE)
  • Italian (IT)
  • Portuguese (PT)
  • Spanish (ES)

The Members Portal language is based on the user's browser default language. If their browser language isn't any of the six languages available, the Members Portal will be displayed in English by default.

For example, if a customer's browser default language is Polish, the Administrator Panel will be displayed in English.

If you're using the latest version of the Members Portal, you can easily switch between languages by scrolling down to the bottom of any page and select any other language from the drop-down list.

You can also translate the Members Portal or tweak any of the default translations with language tokens.

Troubleshooting Supported Languages 

I can't see the Members Portal / Admin Panel in my language. 

Make sure the display language you want is one of the languages supported by Nexudus, as detailed above. If it is a supported language, the issue is most likely cause by one of the following: 

  1. The language was deactivated on the Administrator Panel.

    The first step to have the Nexudus platform displayed in the language you want is to make sure the desired language is active on the Administrator Panel. 

    - Click Settings > Website > Languages. 
    - Select the language you want to display from the drop-down list. 
    - Click Language Details
    -Make sure the Active toggle is set to YES.
    If not, set it to YES and click Save Changes

    Refresh your page and move to option 2 if the page is still in English. 

  2. Your browser default language doesn't match the language you want displayed.


    Depending on your browser the procedure to change the default language is slightly different: 

      Make sure you add the language to the browser and set it as your default browser language.


    Refresh your page to see if you can access the page in your language and move to option 3 if the page is still in English. 

  3. Your device default language doesn't match the language you want displayed.

    If option 1 and 2 didn't fix the language display issue, have a look at you device's default language and make sure the default language matches the language you want to see displayed on the page.
