Setting up SPF Record Checks for Spam

Learn how to add DNS (Domain Name System) records for sending domain in Nexudus. 

You need to add records to your domain provider's DNS (Domain Name System) if you use your own sending domain, for example, support@yourcompany.com or staffname@yourcompany.com.

These records enable SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record checks and help you avoid having your space's email notifications filtered as spam in customer inboxes.

Adding DNS records to your sending domain is a quick and easy way to make sure your customers receive all the email notifications from your space.

You need to add three DNS records through your domain provider's DNS or a DNS service such as Cloudflare. The details of the DNS record you need to add are the same across all providers:

Make sure you use your own domain name instead of yourdomain.com when adding the DNS record name.

Once you've added the three records to the domain DNS, you've successfully completed the update.

 The update can take up to 72 hours to come into effect.
