Learn how to add passes to plans in Nexudus.
Passes should be added as benefits to all your plans in Nexudus. The number of passes you include and how often passes should be issued depends on the level of access you want to provide per plan.
You need to define two pass variables in every plan:
The Passes Issuing Frequency
You can choose to issue passes every day, every week, every billing cycle, every calendar month or every year. The issuing frequency doesn't need to match the plan's billing cycle.
Issuing passes weekly is usually the best option when your plan gives members unlimited access within the space's opening hours.
For example, if you have a monthly plan that grants members access to your space 24/7, the best option is to issue passes every week. You can also choose to issue them every day or every billing cycle.
The Passes Quantity
Once you've decided how often you want to issue passes, you need to figure out the maximum amount of access that should be included in the plan. The passes quantity needs to match your space's opening hours within the issuing frequency you chose.
For example, if you decide to issue passes every week and your space is open Monday to Friday from 9 to 5, you should include 5 day passes or 40 hours' worth of time passes.
If you decide to issue passes every month and your space is open 24/7, you should include 31 day passes.
- If the side menu is not visible, click the menu icon .
- Click Inventory > Plans.
- Click the plan you want to edit.
- Click the Benefits tab and scroll down to the Passes section.
- Click Add Pass.
- Select the pass you want to include from the Type of Pass drop-down list.
- Enter a whole number in the Qty. field.
- Select an issuing frequency for the passes from the dropdown list.
- Click Save.
You've successfully added passes as a plan benefit.
Passes included as a plan benefit
