Activating Customers

Learn how to activate customers from the Administrator Panel.

Suspended members and contacts can be reactivated from the Administrator Panel at any point. 

  Customers suspended for due invoices through plan cancellation policies are automatically reactivated once they pay their due invoices.

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click .
  2. Click Operations > Members & Contacts.
  3. Click the three dots icon next to the customer you want to activate.

  4. Click Activate Account.

  5. Click Continue

The customer record isn't greyed out anymore in the Members & Contacts list and the ACTIVE tag appears under the customer's name.

Activating Multiple Customers 

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click .
  2. Click Operations > Members & Contacts.
  3. Hover your mouse next to a suspended customer you want to activate and tick the box that appears.

  4. Tick the box next to every suspended customer you want to activate.

  5. Click in Activate Account the Bulk Actions menu.

  6. Click Continue

The customer records aren't greyed out anymore in the Members & Contacts list and an ACTIVE tag appears under each customer name.
