About FAQ Articles
FAQ articles are an easy way to give your customers answers to common questions they have via your website. You can add as many FAQ articles as you need and group them into categories to let your customers browse through them easily.
The FAQ page is currently only visible to logged in users.
Creating FAQ Articles
- On the Nexudus platform, go to Community > FAQ Articles.
- Click on Add FAQ article.
- Give your article a title and a short description. This is the first thing your customers will see before clicking the article.
- Write your FAQ article in the Full text field.
- Add images, if needed.
- Enable Feature this article in the home page listings if you want to promote your FAQ article.
- Enable the Active button to make your article visible on your website straight away.
- Click Save.

Editing FAQ Articles
Information you add to your FAQ articles may need update every once in a while. Editing them is quick and easy.
- On the Nexudus platform, go to Community > FAQ Articles.
- Click on the FAQ article you want to edit.
- Edit the Full text field or any other field as needed.
- Click Save.
Deleting FAQ Articles
Some FAQ articles you add to your website can become obsolete. You can delete them once they're no longer of any use to your customers.
- On the Nexudus platform, go to Community > FAQ Articles.
- Click on the FAQ article you want to edit.
- Click Delete at the bottom of the page.
- Click Yes to confirm your choice.
Adding Categories to FAQ Articles
If you have several FAQ articles on your website, you may want to group them into categories to make it easier for customers to skim through the different articles.
- On the Nexudus platform, go to Community > FAQ Articles.
- Type the name of the category and click Add new group.
- Drag and drop the articles you want to add to the new group.
Remember that categories without articles are automatically deleted by the system.
