Managing Time Credit Types

Learn how to create, edit, and delete time credit types.

Time credit types are a key component of time credits that need to be defined before you can add any time credits to plans and products. Time credit types define:

  • The unit of time of the credit.
  • The resource types for which the credit is valid.

For example, you want to offer new members two hours' worth of booking per month that is valid for meeting rooms only.
You'll need to set up a time credit type in minutes and select meeting rooms as the only resource type. You can then add a time credit from the Benefits tab of any plan, select the time credit type you've just created, and define 120 units.
