I connect Zoom but it's still not working.

If the link still doesn't populate in the event or booking confirmation email or if on the community board messages you cannot connect with zoom, make sure you check if the below steps are completed. 

To be sure that all features of the Zoom integration are working, update the following HTML templates.

Navigate to Settings > Website > Open templates.

For Bookings: 

  • bookings-my.htm

  • bookings-search.htm

  • bookings_booking_form.htm

  • bookings.htm

  • js.js

  • zoom-complete.htm (new file)

 For Community Board Messages 

  • community_thread.htm

  • community_threads_item.htm

  • community_thread_new.htm

  • zoom-complete.htm (new file)

For Events 

Use the {zoom} token to inject the join link and password in the email confirmation and reminders about this event.

  In some cases, the zoom-complete.htm is missing from the template files. To fix this you will need to log in to the member's portal, navigate to My account Your bookings section and in the Zoom integration access the Configuration guide and Connect your account. This will generate the zoom-complete.htm web template.
