Enabling Access Control Integrations

Enabling access control integrations in your space. 
Nexudus offers native integrations with the following access control providers:

You need to create an account with one of these providers before you can enable the integration with your Nexudus account.

Enabling ACT365

The table below breaks down which features are supported by ACT365 in Nexudus. 

Features Supported Description
Check-in YES Checks customers in when they unlock selected doors.
Check-out YES Checks customers out when they unlock selected doors.
Customer Meeting Room Access via Bookings YES Adds customers to access groups during their bookings. Removes access after the booking ends.
Visitor Meeting Room Access via Bookings YES Adds visitors to access groups if they have been invited to a booking and they are set as customers.
Floor Plan Areas Access YES Adds customers to access groups based on the floor items connected to their contracts
Pass-based Access YES Adds customers to access groups based on the passes they have as part of their plans or the products they may have purchased
White-label Passport Access YES Lets customers unlock doors using the White-labelled Passport App.

Enabling Brivo  

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click  . 
  2. In the side menu, click Settings.
  3. In the Apps and integrations section, click Integrations.
  4. In the Access Control section, click Brivo (Access Control).
  5. Set Enable to YES and enter your API Key if you have not done so already.
  6. Click Save and then

Enabling Doordeck

Enabling Doorflow 

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click .
  2. In the side menu, click Settings.
  3. In the Apps and integrations section, click Integrations.
  4. In the Access Control section, click Doorflow.
  5. Select Yes to enable the integration.
  6. Optional: In the API token textbox, type or paste your API token.
  7. Optional: Click Verify token.
  8. Click Save changes.

Enabling Kisi

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click  . 
  2. In the side menu, click Settings.
  3. In the Apps and integrations section, click Integrations.
  4. In the Access Control section, click Kisi (Access Control).
  5. Select Yes to enable the integration.
  6. Optional: In the API token textbox, type or paste your API token.
  7. Optional: Click Verify token.
  8. Click Save changes.

Enabling Salto KS

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click .
  2. In the side menu, click Settings.
  3. In the Apps and integrations section, click Integrations.
  4. In the Access Control section, click Salto KS / Clay (Access Control).
  5. Select Yes to enable the integration.
  6. In the Username and Password textboxes, type your Salto KS/Clay credentials.
  7. Click Connect.
  8. Optional: In the System ID textbox, provide your Salto KS/Clay system identification.
  9. Optional: In the API token textbox, type or paste your API token.
  10. Click Save changes.
