Checking available credit

Customers can check their remaining benefits on the members portal

Customers can check and change their plan, available credit, and other resources or buy more products in the Plans and benefits section.

This section includes shortcut tabs to plans, benefits and additional products used by the member or contact.

  You can configure resource usage to show as time, uses or monetary value from the dashboard. For example, a meeting room can be available in minutes or booking credit, which gives the member a set amount of money that they can use to pay for bookings.

Members signed up to a plan often have a set amount of resource usage in minutes on their price plan.

To check available credit

  1. In the top menu, click My Account.

  2. On the side menu, click Plans and benefits.

  3. Click Your benefits.

  4. In the Benefits section, click an item to display further details.

You can check the following details:

  • In the Item column, the credit you have assigned.

  • In the Quantity column, the amount of the credit, shown as time, uses or monetary value.

  • In the Remaining column, the available credit left.
