Email Queue

In the email queue section, you can view a list of all emails that have been sent from your account.

This list has three columns displaying Subject, Sent on date, and Status.

The status can be Sent (in which case Delivered or Not delivered will also be displayed) or Not Sent. When an email is Sent but Not Delivered, it is likely that there is a problem with the recipient's email server. If the email status is Not Sent, there may be an issue with your account's email server (see Email server). It may be that your account's Enable notification system setting is disabled (see Notifications).

You can do any of the following:

  • Sort the email list on Subject and Sent on date

  • Click an email title to open up the email to see its contents

  • Using the check-boxes on the left of the email list, select one or more emails and apply one of the popup bulk actions (Send, Delete or Export)

  • To the right of an email, click to see and apply the send or delete popup options

To access the email queue

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click .

  2. In the side menu, click Settings.

  3. Scroll down to Communications, and click Email Queue.
