Accessing Conversations via the Message Board
You can access all customer conversations through the message board page of the admin portal.

If the side menu is not visible, click

In the side menu, click Community.

In the Community section, click Message boards.

Editing Conversations via the Message Board
You may want to edit some customer conversations, for example if they go against you space's community guidelines or following a customer's complaint. You can edit any conversation through the message board page of the admin portal.

If the side menu is not visible, click

In the side menu, click Community, then click Message boards.

Select the Conversations tab.

Click the conversation that you want to edit.

Click Edit below the first message that you've added when creating the conversation.

Edit the required details.

Optional: You can also edit each particular message of the conversation by clicking Edit next to the message.

Click Save changes.

Deleting a Customer Conversation via the Message Board
- If the side menu is not visible, click
.
- In the side menu, click Community, then click Message boards.
- Select the Conversations tab.
- Move your pointer to the left of the conversation you want to delete and tick the checkbox.
- Click Delete.
- Click Yes.
