Managing subscribers

Who are your subscribers and how you can manage them
Newsletter subscribers are people who are signed up to your space or who subscribe to your newsletter on the space website. They can be organised into subscriber lists (also known as subscriber groups), which let you segment your audience for a certain type of content. You will have the following subscriber lists in your Nexudus account by default: Members, Contacts, Newsletter and People in the space (when you are using check-in), but you can add as many additional subscriber lists as you want.
 

To add a subscriber

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click .

  2. In the side menu, click Community, then click Subscribers.

  3. Click Add newsletter subscriber.

  4. Add the name, location, email and company name of the subscriber.

  5. Select the list for the subscriber from the Subscribed to drop-down.

  6. Set Active to YES.

  7. Click Save.

To edit a subscriber

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click .

  2. In the side menu, click Community, then click Subscribers.

  3. Click the name of the subscriber you want to edit.

  4. Edit the required details.

  5. Optional: Use the More options drop-down to unsubscribe, subscribe, add or remove the subscriber from a newsletter group.

  6. Click Save changes.

To delete a subscriber

  Important: Deleting a subscriber is irreversible, so make sure you really want to do it.‌
  1. If the side menu is not visible, click .

  2. In the side menu, click Community, then click Subscribers.

  3. Click the name of the subscriber you want to delete.

  4. Click Delete.
