Managing Subscribers


Article Summary

Newsletter subscribers are simply people who are signed up to your space or who subscribe to your newsletter via your Members Portal.
They can be added to subscriber lists that let you segment your audience based on the newsletter you're sending.

You will have the following subscribers in your Nexudus account by default:

  • All members and contacts
  • Anyone who signed up to your newsletter via your Members Portal

Adding Newsletter Subscribers

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click Community > Subscribers.

  3. Click Add newsletter subscriber.

  4. Add the subscriber's Full name, Location, Email and Company name.

  5. Select the newsletters that the subscriber should receive in the Subscribed to drop-down list.

  6. Enable the Active toggle.

  7. Click the Save Changes button.


Editing Newsletter Subscribers

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click Community > Subscribers.

  3. Click on the subscriber you want to edit.

Quickly find the relevant subscriber using the search bar at the top of the list.
  1. Edit the subscriber's details as needed.

  2. Click the Save Changes button.


Deleting Newsletter Subscribers

You cannot recover deleted records in Nexudus.

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click Community > Subscribers.

  3. Tick the checkbox next to every record you want to delete.

  4. Click Delete xx record(s) in the Bulk actions menu.

  5. Click Yes, do it to confirm.
