What are Tasks?

Learn more about tasks in Nexudus. 

Tasks are simply to-dos that can be assigned to administrators in Nexudus. Tasks help space managers and staff keep up with the different daily operations of the space.

Tasks can also be grouped into what we call task lists. Task lists are a great tool to standardise and partially automate processes in your space.

For example, you can create a task list to onboard new members that includes the following tasks: 

  • Access card handout 
  • Locker keys handout
  • Welcome tour of the space

Each task can be assigned to a different member of staff and when a new member signs up the task will automatically be assigned to the relevant administrator. You can also add task lists to CRM board stages.
