How to add files to customers?

Files feature allows you to upload documents directly to members' account. You can use it to store their documents, share them with your customers or send them to be signed using the digital signature feature.

To add a new file

  1. Click Add File.

  2. Use the Upload file button to upload documents.  

  3. If you wish to share a file with the customer enable the first toggle "Send this file to this customer as an email link".

  4. To request the customer to sign the file use the second toggle "Request the customer to digitally sign this document."

  5. You can also mark the document you've uploaded as signed using the last toggle "Mark this document as signed"

  6. Click Save.
