How to create and send a proposal.
To add a new proposal

If the side menu is not visible, click
.

In the side menu, click Operations.
-
In the Customers section, click Members & Contacts.
-
Select a member or contact you want to create a proposal for.
-
Click CRM and then Proposals.
-
Click Add proposal.
-
In the Add new proposal section, select:
-
a person who you want to be notified about the status of the proposal from the Responsible drop-down list
-
your Nexudus Spaces location from the Issued by drop-down list
-
a person to whom you want to send the proposal from the Customer drop-down list

Optional: Enter any information you want to include in your proposal in the Notes textbox.

In the Contract section, select your desired plan from the Plan drop-down list.
-
In the Quantity textbox, type the number of units of the selected plan that you want to include in the proposal.

In the Billing Day textbox, type the day of the month an invoice will be sent to the customer.

In the Start Date and Cancellation Date date fields, select a period for your potential contract to be active.

In the Desks / Offices drop-down field, select a unit from your floor plan to allocate to the proposal.

In the Unit Price textbox, type the price for floor plan units.

Optional: If you want to apply a discount that is already defined in your Spaces account, select it from the Discount Code drop-down field.

Optional: If you want to attach a document that your customer must review or sign, click Add documents to review or sign and then select or upload your document.

Click Save.

To send a proposal to a prospective customer

If the side menu is not visible, click
.

In the side menu, click Operations.
-
In the Customers section, click Members & Contacts.
-
Select the member or contact you want to sent a proposal to.
-
Click CRM and then Proposals.
-
Do one of the following:
-
Move your pointer to the left of the member or contact and select the check-box that is displayed. A pop-out menu opens. Click Send proposal.

At the end of the member or contact you want, click
.
A pop-out menu is displayed. Click Send proposal.

Creating a new proposal to send to a customer
To add products to a proposal
You must first create a proposal before following the steps to add a product.

If the side menu is not visible, click
.

In the side menu, click Operations.
-
In the Customers section, click Members & Contacts.
-
Select a member or contact whose proposal you want to modify.
-
Click CRM and then Proposals.
-
Select a proposal you want to add a product to. Note: You must create a proposal beforehand, if you need assistance, you can read about proposals here.

Click Products and then Add proposal product.
-
From the Product drop-down list, select a product.
-
In the Quantity and Unit Price textboxes, type the number of units and the price of a unit for the product.

Optional: Describe the product in the Notes textbox.

If you want to make the product into a deposit, select the Include this product as a deposit for the contract created if this proposal is accepted checkbox.

If you want to repeat the availability of the product, select the Add this product as a recurrent product if this proposal is accepted checkbox.

From the How often to invoice this product drop-down list, select a desired period.

Click Save.
