Managing Money Credits

Learn how to create, edit and delete money credits in Nexudus.

Money credits can be added to plans and products. Your customers can book resources using money credits. Additionally, you can set up money credits so that customers can use them to buy events tickets or pay for products and charges.

Money credits are set up directly in plans and products. You can also manage them from the Money Credits page in the Inventory section of the Administrator Panel.

Unlike time credits, money credits don't require you to create a credit type prior to assigning it to plans and products.

Adding Money Credits to Plans

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click .
  2. Click Inventory > Plans.
  3. Click on a plan.
  4. Click the Benefits tab.
  5. Click Add Money Credit.

  7. Set a monetary value for the credit and select its recurrence.

Remember that this value is completely separate from the total price of your plan. You need to take it into consideration this credit value when setting up the plan's total price.

  8. Set up the restrictions for your money credit.

These restrictions define when the money credit can be used. Remember that for every item you allow to be paid using credits, you need to have a credit rate set up in the item's Prices tab. If there is no credit-based rate set up, Nexudus will charge the monetary rate by default.
