How to edit the benefits associated with a plan.
To view, add or remove plan benefits
  1. If the side menu is not visible, click  

  2. In the side menu, click Inventory, then click Plans.

  3. Click the plan whose details you want to view, then click Benefits.

  4. Add information or amend the plan options, as described below.

  5. Click Save changes.

   You can ask Monika how to add a money credit, time credit or passes to a plan.

Adding time credit to a plan

When you add time credit to a plan (to allow members to enjoy free meeting room or other resource usage), you must select an appropriate resource price. For example, you might want to offer free usage of Meeting Room A, which has the Small Meeting Rooms applied to it. You need to set up a resource price for a resource (which you might call Meeting Room Free Usage for Members).

You can define the resource price in the properties for the booking resource, as follows.

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click

  2. In the side menu, click Inventory, then click Booking Resources.

  3. Click the resource for which you want to add a price.

  4. Click Prices.

  5. Click Add Price.

  6. Enter a name for the price, and select the resource type it will apply to.

  7. Specify whether it will be applied to all customers, or only members or contacts.

  8. Click Save.

  When a member has credit from multiple sources, credit issued via a plan is used before credit issued manually.

Description

Money credit

You can give money credit (a monetary amount in your currency) to customers in this plan each time the plan is renewed or at some other frequency in days, weeks, calendar months or years. It is possible to restrict how the credit can be used, for example applying it to certain resources or event tickets.

Time credit

You can give time credit to members each time the plan is renewed. The available frequency options are in days, weeks, calendar months or years. In addition, you can restrict this credit to particular types of resources. Before you can add time credit, you need to have an appropriate booking resource (with an appropriate resource type applied) and resource price defined in your Nexudus account.

Printing Credit

Printing credit is a special type of credit that will be used in the integrations with PaperCut and Ezeep to provide an amount of free printing to customers in this plan. Printing credit is always set in currency amount and will be used based on the pricing you have set for the different printing modes.

Passes

You can give passes to members each time the plan is renewed. The available frequency options are in days, weeks, calendar months or years. If you have an Access control or WiFi tracking system connected to Nexudus, access via these systems is also controlled using passes.

Discounts

You can apply discounts when a member of the plan makes bookings, buys passes or is issued with other charges. These discounts will apply to all the selected items if you need finer control over what items to discount, use Discounts instead.
