Adding a plan

How to add a plan on Nexudus. 
Use the following procedure to add a plan to your inventory. Once you have created the plan, you can then further define or edit its details, prices, benefits, limits, legal terms, and deposits. At a minimum, you will need to add a price and a billing frequency to get your new plan added to the system.

To add a plan

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click

  2. In the side menu, click Inventory, then click Plans.

  3. At the top-right of the screen, click Add plan.

  4. On the form that is displayed, enter a name, a price, and a billing frequency as a minimum.

  5. In Location, select the appropriate space. The plan will be listed, if made public, on this space's website. Note that it can be sold to customers by any admin user from any spaces that have access to the selected location. In addition, when you add a published plan to a network location, the plan will be listed in every location in that network.

  6. Set the plan pricing options.

  7. Set the plan terms and conditions.

  8. Set the plan limits.

  9. Click Save.
