Checking in manually

How to manually check-in a customer.

Use this procedure to manually check-in a customer: 

  The customer must have a valid pass for the space.

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click .

  2. In the side menu, click Operations.

  3. In the Access & Check-in section, click Who is in?

  4. Click Add check-in.

  5. From the Customer drop-down list, select a customer.

  6. From the Location drop-down list, select a location.

  7. In the From date field, select the date of check-in.

  8. From the Time drop-down list next to the check-in date, select the time of check-in.

  9. In the Until date field, select the date of a check-out.

  10. From the Time drop-down list next to the check-out date, select the time of a check-out.

  11. Click Save.
