How to manually check-in a customer.
Use this procedure to manually check-in a customer:
The customer must have a valid pass for the space.

If the side menu is not visible, click
.

In the side menu, click Operations.

In the Access & Check-in section, click Who is in?

Click Add check-in.

From the Customer drop-down list, select a customer.

From the Location drop-down list, select a location.

In the From date field, select the date of check-in.

From the Time drop-down list next to the check-in date, select the time of check-in.

In the Until date field, select the date of a check-out.

From the Time drop-down list next to the check-out date, select the time of a check-out.

Click Save.
