About bookings

Any resource created on Nexudus can be booked by customers or administrative users.

In Nexudus, any resource you have defined can be booked, either by your team members or by customers. When someone books a resource, such as a meeting room, this creates a request to use the resource at a specific time.

As an administrator, you can view the bookings that have been made by clicking Operations>Bookings. This shows a summary of the bookings made this month and a chart showing bookings over time. You can also make and edit bookings from the dashboard.

Members and contacts can view bookings by accessing Your bookings in the My Account menu on your location's website. As an administrator, you can configure the access level of member and contact accounts and the system-wide settings for all bookings.
