Checking in visitors

How to check in a visitor.

Nexudus sends you a notification when your visitor has checked in or when a visitor is looking for you. 

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click .

  2. In the side menu, click Operations.

  3. In the Customers section, click Visitors.

  4. Select a visitor you want to check-in by doing one of the following:

    • Move your pointer to the left of the visitor and select the check-box that is displayed. A pop-out menu is displayed. Click Check visitor in.

    • At the end of the visitor, click   .

      A pop-out menu is displayed. Click Check visitor in.

Nexudus sends a notification both to the visitor and to the member visiting. Learn how to edit email notifications here.

There are three types of visitor notification emails

  • Visitor Check-in: This message is sent to a user when their visitor arrives. The message allows the user to respond if needed.
  • Visitor Notification: This message allows a user to let a visitor know the user is waiting for them.

  • Visitor Registered: This message is sent to a visitor to let them know that they have been registered as a visitor by a user.
