Adding Tasks Lists to CRM boards

Learn how to add task lists to CRM boards. 
Task lists can be added to any CRM board stage. Using task lists in conjunction with message macros or without them is useful in scenarios such as late stages of sales pipelines. 
For example, an opportunity accepted a proposal and is now a member. You can include a task list in the last stage of the relevant CRM board to partially automate their onboarding. 

    You need to create the task list before adding it to the CRM board stage.

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click .
  2. Click CRM > CRM Boards.
  3. Click Edit board at the bottom of the board you want to edit.
  4. Click the stage that you want to edit.
  5. Scroll down to the Actions section and select the relevant task list from the Start task list for opportunities added to this stage dropdown list.
       6. Click Save changes.
