Creating CRM Boards

Learn how to create CRM boards from scratch in Nexudus.

This article teaches you how to create a message board from scratch. We use customer plan cancellations as an example.

You create a CRM board in two steps. You need to create the CRM board first and then add the different stages.

Step 1. Creating CRM Boards

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click .
  2. Click CRM.
  3. Click Add New CRM Board.
  4. Add your CRM board's name in the Name field.
  5. Select you space location from the Locations dropdown list.
  6. Click Save.

You are redirected to your new CRM board's page.

Step 2. Adding Stages to CRM Boards

Once you've created your CRM board, you can start adding different stages. Each stage defines a type of opportunities and an action to trigger when a new opportunity is added to the stage.
Actions can be either a message macro or a task list. Message macros are fully automated. Task lists require administrator action to be completed.
  1. Scroll down to the Stages section and click Add New Stage
